Our Services

Dial-a-Ride:

Dial-a-Ride is a pre-bookable minibus service that will collect you from your door and take you into Ely or other local destinations. We ask that you give us at least 48hrs notice. For every trip we will ring you the day before with the time we will collect you from your home and the time we will return you safely to your door. The driver will help you in anyway you require including carrying your shopping to your door.

You can use this service to:

• Do your weekly shopping
• Attend that essential medical appointment
• See friends and family in nearby villages
• Get to leisure facilities
• Access the public transport system
• Travel with friends and meet new friends

The Dial-a-Ride service is available Monday to Friday. To see which days are allocated to your area and the cost of a return fare to Ely please refer to ‘When can I use the service’ & ‘How much does it cost’.

Excursions:

Join one of our many regular excursions, which include:

• Pub lunches
• Trips to regional shopping centres eg. Newmarket, Cambridge, St Ives
• Norfolk & Suffolk coasts
• Theatre trips and places of interest

Group Hire Service:

We wish to support local charities, social groups and non-profit making organisations by providing an affordable group hire service. Fifteen seat minibuses are available for the exclusive use by such organisations and can be hired on weekdays, evenings and weekends. We cater for short or long trips and can provide a regular service if required.
