Our Permit 19 licence requires all users to become members either individually and or as a group. To become an individual member, you must not have access to your own car during the day and can say YES to at least one of the following:-

Ø There is no public transport available.

Ø Although public transport is available, it does not run at times suitable to you.

Ø You have difficulty using public transport due to disability or frailty.

Individual membership costs £10 per year and household membership £15. A one month temporary membership costs £1 and is available for members’ visitors. Carers, while accompanying a member, are not required to join.
