Group Hire with Driver

We have a range of 9 minibuses capable of carrying a maximum of 16 passengers. Most of our minibuses are fully accessible, air conditioned, and can carry up to 4 wheelchairs although with reduced seating.

Our Permit 19 licence requires all users to become members either individually and or as a group. To be eligible for group membership, your organisation must be a charity, social or voluntary group.

Group Hire

Bookings can be arranged for weekdays, evenings and weekends. In addition regular group bookings can be made. If required, we can supply 2 or more minibuses with which we offer a 10% discount.

Hiring a minibus with driver cannot be easier. Just give us a call on 01353 66116 or email on office@esdar.org.uk and we will be please to quote for any trips. Quotations are based on mileage and the amount of time the driver has to wait at the destination.

Note: We can carry up to 15/16 passengers. This is reduced if any of the passengers use a wheelchair/electric scooter or need a wheeled frame or similar.

The minimum charge is £35.

Payment in full is required 7 days prior to the trip to confirm the booking unless other arrangements have been made.

Over 110 local Charity, Social or Voluntary groups have used our economical service. We provide transport to Youth Groups, Schools and Colleges, Sheltered Housing, Care Homes, Clubs and Local Government Organisations.
